We have spent years developing our growing system and identifying the best natural soil blends to be able to provide you with the highest quality microgreens. Our push to be the best was initially driven from our desire as consumers to have all natural products to feed and build our bodies, so why wouldn't we provide that to you, our greatest ally in the local food movement. We only use untreated, non-GMO seeds, natural soils, and grow them in a protected environment so we do not use any sprays or pesticides. Additionally, we don't even spray them with water to protect their delicate cell structure, giving you the longest lasting product available (according to our Chefs). These delicate beauties will provide you a week, or longer, of power packed nutrition, that is if you don't finish the deliciousness in the first day, lol.
